Merchandise return and exchange policy
Thank you for choosing our products! We are committed to providing you with quality products and services. To ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience, please read the following return and exchange policy carefully:
1. Return and exchange conditions
1. Product quality problems: If you have quality problems (such as damage, functional failure, etc.), please contact us within 30 days after receiving the product for return and replacement.
2. Product does not match the description: If the product you receive is seriously inconsistent with the description or picture on the website, please contact us for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the product.
3. Non-quality problem return: If you are not satisfied with the product (such as size, color, etc.), please apply for return within 15 days after receiving the product, the product must be in good condition, unused, complete tag and packed.
4. Special goods (such as clearance goods, etc.) do not support no reason to return or exchange, specific to the product details page.
2. Return and exchange process
1. Contact customer service: Please apply through the order details page, and contact us through the website letter or email, providing the order number, product information and return reasons.
2. Verification: We will review your return application within 1-3 working days and inform you whether you meet the conditions of return and exchange.
3. Return goods: After approval, please send the goods together with the original packaging, accessories, invoices, etc. to the designated address (freight borne by the responsible party).
4. Return and exchange: After we receive the returned goods and confirm that they are correct, we will handle a refund or exchange for you within 7 working days.
3. Refund instructions
1. The refund will be returned according to the original payment method, and the specific arrival time is subject to the bank or payment platform.
2. If the goods are returned or replaced due to non-quality problems, the return freight shall be borne by the customer.
3.The cost of Return Label:Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. The cost of return label will be deducted from your refund total.
If you’ve paid with AfterPay, any repayments already made will be refunded to your AfterPay account. If you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.
You’ll be issued a Return Label. Print the label at home (or at a Post Office if you don't have a printer), stick the label to the outside of your parcel, place your return items and returns card from your original order inside and send the parcel back to us.
4.International Returns
For international return and exchange requests, we currently offer the return for a refund or store credit option. Please contact our customer support at silkworlshop@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
Customers will be responsible for shipping the items back by themselves and for covering the return and customs costs.
We understand the intricacies of international returns and are here to assist you at every step.
Please keep in mind that international exchanges are not supported at this time. If you wish to obtain a different item, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order for the item you desire.

5. Precautions
1. Please ensure that the returned goods are in good condition and will not affect the secondary sale.
2. The return and exchange application should be submitted within 30 days after receiving the goods, and the overdue application will not be accepted.
